lady_t_220To add to the day, one of our chickens spontaneously died. JR found it legs-up in front of the greenhouse.
Oh well... Still have Bold, Grissom and nameless-chicken#3. (May be Radion, may be Daz... can't actually tell them apart. --yes, we named some of our chickens after laundry soaps.)
Anyway, I have a nice jacket tater cooking in the oven. Mmmm jacket spud. With lots of butter and cheese and seasoning... good cold-weather fud. And we have some chicken cooking for the maternal unit who may or may not be perking up, I can't honestly say for sure because she went to bed after she got home and hasn't really been seen since.
I'm wondering if it's not like that weird vertigo thing JR had last year. Some kind of inner ear infection, which would make sense given the mild fever and the dizzy-woozy thing she's got going on.
Hm, will see how she's getting on later.
