OK, I'm back...

I'm very... VERY tired.

Train journey both ways was blessedly uneventful and we didn't argue even once much t the surprise of the average bystander on the street who seemed to assume we'd have some big gigantic argument while away.

I have photos but they have not yet been developed. I will have to update properly when I've had a chance to get them done. But as I'm not doing anything tomorrow I can probably fling them at Boots and deal with it then. It's also twenty to 3 and I've not had lunch yet. I really have to go eat before I fall over and die of starvation.

Then I'll begin the task of attempting to catch up on the 20 bazillion things that have gone on while I was away.

*is too askeered to think how far back on her flist she has to go*

*waves at everyone exhaustedly*

Giru, Giru, Bub.

OK, I'm a little more awake and coherant now. I really should do this after I get the photos organised tomorrow but *eh* You'll have to wait for the visual side.

Monday - Got there ok and with minimal hold-ups. Had an hour's delay at Norwich cause the Yarmouth train broke down but aside from that it all went ok.
The B&B was, on the most part, very B&B-ish. It reminded me a lot of the Garendon, as it was an old, converted Victorian terrace with lots of stairs and weird little corridors. It was a bit in need of some redecorated sprucing but *eh* things were functional enough and it was clean and relatively comfy and the hot water was very hot indeed. There's not a lot else you can really ask for. I'd stay there again, the landlord was a bit weird but breakfast was good and it was in staggering distance of almost everything we could have wanted.

Cut for sheer rambling longness )

You know... I really could quite happily have stayed away a while longer... the only things calling me back was the impending explosion of my overstuffed inbox/LJ-catchup and the fact that I missed my music and online fandom peeps.

That and I think if I'd eaten any more fast-food I would have been thoroughly sick. Oh pasta, how I have missed you...

But quite frankly, I can't claim as I missed the parental units in any form as they're downstairs now moving everything of JR's music collection onto a new set of shelves (My mother overcame her pathological fear of Ikea) and bickering their way through the organisation. *rolls eyes* Jesus, man, if you've not used it, looked at it, listened to it or touched it in the 7 years you've lived here, let's assume you won't miss it if it gets chucked out... But them aside (I'm ignoring them right now because I'm too exhausted to give a crap) I really do not want to go to work on Monday... x_x

*ugh* I need some sleep (going now... sleep goooood...) and preferably my week rolling back to Monday so I can scrounge another week of vacation. ;p

Oh also, I have a couple of spare sticks of rock for anyone who wants some. (Cakes, I'm sending you some anyway) so if any of the rest of you want a bit, or especially if you're confused and looking at this comment going "LT... rocks...? WTF?" then drop me a line.

It says Great Yarmouth down the middle of it BTW. In case you couldn't have guessed from my holiday destination. And every single one of them containes E102 which sends C's sister into a massive bout of insanely hyperactive food allergy related behaviour.

*is rambling*

*is going the hell to bed now*
