This birthday present I sent viewoftheworld finally arrived which means I can now share with you the thing I was working on but wouldn't tell anyone about.

I was initially going to draw her a nakie man, like I've done for various other people, but for whatever reason the naked men just weren't feeling like they wanted to come out and play. So after staring at the source books for a while (90% of the reason it took so long) and then staring at the frame I wanted to put it in (oooh, shiny) I stumbled over a book about Man Ray I'd forgotten I had and... well, the bits just seemed to fit together.

I have to admit I had a bugger of a job getting it started... but once I had the outline going the rest came together quite fast.
Actually quite pleased with this one for once in my life... *lol*

Scan's kinda' crappy though, but then if you've been around here a while you already know that happens a LOT

Sooo... around 2-ish I have to take the granny to the local hospital to visit the grandad, and as I'm there and I've not seen him in like a month and a half, I should probably stop by and say hello too.
Cue much "shouting while trying not to shout" as I attempt to make conversation with deaf people in a hospital.

I am still however, really very, very tired.

I'm contemplating sleeping at some point between now and then. And lunch.
Will see how that goes.
